Masterson’s Pub , positioned in the vibrant core of Moonee Ponds, advertises itself as a stylish, alternative venue , but my most recent experience at this establishment resulted in an experience I’d rather forget . While the bar may look welcoming at first glance , what I experienced behind its entrance was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .

The surfaces were tacky , and a overpowering stench of decaying beverages and uncleaned toilets filled the entire bar . With a smell of a mixture of urine , decay and a sickly smell.
